Code of conduct

In accordance with the provisions of Article 17 of Law 679/2001, the Rent-Aoi group would like to warn tourists, clients and suppliers that the Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents "ESCNNA" in Colombia are penalized criminally and administratively , in accordance with current laws, and within our facilities we exercise the control measures provided for in the following Code of Conduct:

- Refraining from offering ESCNNA plans in tourist promotion programs and accommodation plans.

- Refraining from giving information to tourists, directly or through third parties, about places from which ESCNNA is coordinated or practiced.

- Refraining from driving tourists, directly or through third parties, to establishments or places from which ESCNNA is practiced, as well as driving them to the places where tourists are staying, for ESCNNA purposes.

- Refraining from providing vehicles on tourist routes for ESCNNA purposes.

- Preventing the entry of children and adolescents to the facilities or places of accommodation and lodging, and other establishments in which tourist services are provided, for the purposes of exploitation or sexual abuse.

- Adopting the pertinent measures to prevent the personnel linked to us under any title, from offering tourist services that allow sexual activity with children and adolescents.

- Actively reporting to the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism and other competent authorities, the facts of which it has become aware by any means, as well as the existence of places, related to ESCNNA and ensure that within the company there are channels for the corresponding complaint to the competent authorities.

- Training all personnel linked to the establishment, regarding the issue of prevention of ESCNNA.

- Warning its users about the legal consequences in Colombia of the ESCNNA.

- Posting this Code of Conduct in a visible place for employees of the commercial establishment or establishments in order to protect children and adolescents.
