The client may cancel or modify his/her reservation up to 14 days before the arrival date, free of charge.
If the client cancels or modifies the reservation within 14 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total value of the stay will be charged as a penalty.
If the client cancels or modifies the reservation within 7 days before the arrival date, 100% of the total value of the stay will be charged as a penalty.
If the client requests a modification, the new reservation will be subject to availability, possible minimum stay restriction and rate change.
If the client requests a modification, the new arrival date must be within the following six (6) months after the arrival date of the original reservation.
In case of no-show on the dates of your reservation, 100% of the value of the stay will be charged as a penalty.
